“Nalanda Boduhanda” the official News Letter of the Association
‘Nalanda Boduhanda’ – the Official News Letter of the Old Nalandians’ Buddhist Association (‘ONBA’), was launched in January 2008 and is published quarterly since its inception.
The Old Nalandians’ Life Saving Club has come forward to sponsor the publication of the ‘Nalanda Boduhanda’. Being one of the most active societies in the school, ‘Nalandian Lifesavers’ have not only been extending their voluntary services at various annual life saving campaigns but also doing a noble service to the nation through their life saving activities at the Mount Lavinia beach on every Sundays.
The Old Nalandians’ Life Saving Club has so far been able to rescue more than 600 lives. We wish to take this opportunity to appreciate their gesture of goodwill and may the blessings of the Triple Gem be with them to continue their good work in the betterment of the fellow countrymen.
